Previous
experience is not necessary. Our only requirement is that you wish to
learn,
and are sincerely interested in floral design.<br>
2.
Absences - More than two absences during<span class=GramE>
this</span>
three
week course will result in interruption of training unless these absences
are
satisfactorily made up before class.<br>
3.
Grading - Written and practical tests will be given weekly. Passing grades
will
be determined by averaging these. A grade average of at least 80<span
class=GramE>%
must</span> be maintained for the three week course. Less
than
that will require additional training before regular school hours, or on
weekends
at a nominal fee.<br>
4.
Student conduct - Students will conduct themselves<span
class=GramE>
in</span> a <span class=SpellE>business like</span>
manner
while attending classes.<br>
5.
Training at other accredited design schools or institutions of higher
learning
will be evaluated through written and performance <span
class=GramE>tests,</span>
and
credit will be given when applicable.<br>
6.
Age Limitations - No limit to date, age span has ranged from 12 through 76.
Aspiring
Grandma Moses' are welcome!<br>
7.
Holiday observed - New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, 4th
of
July , Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.<br>
8.
Leaves allowed if classes are repeated in future classes; unauthorized class
cuts
must be made up in future classes.<br>
9.
Tardiness limited to 5 minutes or less - Otherwise 5 <span
class=SpellE>tardies</span>
equal
1/2 day absence and must be made up before class or on weekends.
Make up<span
class=GramE> work</span> will also be scheduled after
class
or on weekends.<br>
10.
Unsatisfactory attendance will result in interruption of student training
which
may be made up on weekends, before class or in future classes as

Beach, 35 miles north of Fort Lauderdale, and about 65 miles north

away, and Lake Worth even closer. Walt Disney World is less than 3 1/2
hours
north of <span class=GramE>us,</span> and students often drive
there
after
classes on Friday for a fabulous weekend.</span><span
